Our client, a global consumer business, is currently hiring for a Product Manager who will be responsible for driving initiatives that cover both technology and data solutions across the full product lifecycle, from idea to delivery. The role requires close work with key stakeholders to understand industry and market pressures, helping to create, prioritize, and deliver a backlog of initiatives that will drive the business forward.
Responsibilities
* Serve as Product Manager and Product Owner for Revenue Management initiatives.
* Develop a roadmap for Technology, Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering solutions in Revenue Management.
* Gain knowledge of Revenue Management operations, objectives, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
* Proactively work with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for Technology, Data Science, and Analytics solutions that deliver significant benefits.
* Act as a bridge between Technology and Data teams and the business, effectively communicating capabilities and value.
Requirements
* Leadership and stakeholder management - Experience in leading and delivering business product launches, with excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
* Product Management - Strong product knowledge and a pragmatic toolkit adaptable to various situations.
* Commercially literate - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen, results focus, and understanding of the external environment and long-term implications.
* Product mindset - Experience with Agile or similar Lean methodologies and active contribution throughout the launch process.
* Passionate about data & analytics - Strong analytical skills and understanding of the data ecosystem, excited about data products and solutions.
* A strong delivery focus - Results-driven, proactive, and capable of managing the full development cycle of a product with a problem-solving attitude.
This is a full-time, permanent position based on a hybrid model, requiring presence in Luton three days a week.
