Our client, a well-established charity organisation, is seeking an enthusiastic Office Coordinator to join their team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting various administrative tasks.
Role: Office Coordinator
Hourly Rate: £16.46 - £19.23 (depending on experience)
Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm
Duration: starting Tuesday 7th January - 3 months, possible Temp to Perm.
You must be able to interview W/C 16th December.
What you'll do:
* Handle reception duties, including answering phones, managing the general inbox, and coordinating deliveries and post
* Set up meeting rooms, maintain office cleanliness, order stationary, and restock the kitchen with Ocado orders
* Collate emails from company-wide meetings, print board meeting papers, and update notice boards
* Keep staff informed and updated through company-wide update emails and calendar invites
* Support quarterly committee meetings by creating basic agendas and providing administrative assistance
* Be the point of contact for all facilities-related support, coordinating maintenance repairs for office equipment
