The Role
As Faculty Leader of Maths, you will:
● Provide strategic leadership and vision for the faculty, driving continuous improvement.
● Inspire and develop a team of dedicated teachers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high expectations.
● Deliver a rigorous and engaging curriculum that promotes intellectual curiosity and academic excellence.
● Contribute to whole-school leadership as part of the Extended Senior Leadership Team.
● Put policy into practice with a strong focus on innovation and impact.
We are looking for a leader who is:
● Experienced in leading a team and implementing effective policies.
● Innovative in their approach to teaching and learning.
● Passionate about student success and committed to raising standards.
● An excellent communicator with strong organisational skills.
