We're seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to play a pivotal role, supporting the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and growth plans. You will be responsible for:
1. Sales admin across multiple sites, supporting the area sales team with orders, contacting suppliers, and processing relevant stock information.
2. Exploring and securing new business leads and sales opportunities by contacting dormant accounts.
3. Being a confident and strong communicator with the capability to work as part of a team or independently.
ABOUT YOU:
1. Experience in a similar Sales Administrator or admin role in a busy office environment.
2. Customer-facing experience in either customer service or sales.
3. A larger-than-life personality, able to be a brand ambassador from the first point of contact with a confident and professional telephone manner.
4. A flexible and adaptable attitude, able to work towards the needs of the business.
5. Proven multi-tasking experience and the ability to work under pressure.
6. High standard of written English, with fast and accurate keyboard skills.
7. Excellent cost control and focus.
8. Knowledge of database systems.
9. Highly organised and structured in their approach to task management.
10. Focused attitude towards workload, with the ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure with high attention to detail.
11. Track record in achieving targets and driving profitability.
12. Resilient, driven, and able to spot potential opportunities for business development.
13. Energetic and positive personality with the ability to challenge and be proactive.
14. A passion to deliver against targets and deadlines.
15. High levels of customer service skills.

SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Act as a main contact between the Company and its customer and supplier network with a high level of customer service.
2. Develop customer and supplier leads, tracking locations and availability of products.
3. Negotiate/re-negotiate supply rates.
4. Gather market and customer information.
5. Arrange deliveries between customers, suppliers, and manufacturers.
6. Diary management of key account holders and coordinating events with the whole team.
7. Create reports and monitor service delivery.
8. Manage the phone system and computer systems.
9. Negotiate confidently and chase up and record all possible sales opportunities.
10. Prepare and finalise quotations/proposals and close out sales enquiries.
