We have an exciting opportunity within our International department who are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated International Director.
About the role:
You will join on a full time, permanent basis (37.5 hours per week).
The postholder will be responsible to support the Managing Director in connecting and supporting WCI schools and business. To support existing and new partners in delivering outstanding schools that are distinctively Wellington. The successful candidate will be based in the UK (WCI Office at Wellington Colleg e in Crowthorne) but must be willing to travel extensively.

Key responsibilities (Including but not limited to; see for full requirements):
* Act as a main liaison point for partners.
* Represent WCI on international school boards.
* Identify and recruit additional Board members to take WCI seats at designated schools.
* Organise Annual Reviews (inspections), including leading the teams and providing quality recommendations for school improvement.
* Assist with recruiting Masters and Bursars for positions in international schools.
Person Specification
The successful incumbent must have:
* Education to degree level
* Postgraduate teaching qualification
* Significant experience in a leading, ideally independent school, covering 3-18 age range
* Significant experience in international education
* Knowledge of compliance and accreditation processes
