We are now recruiting No7 Advisor for our Solihull, Mell Square store. We are looking for candidates to join us from 1st December onwards and who can be flexible to meet our customers’ needs. Your basic hours will be 7.5 per week across 1 day. We can be flexible on the day that you can work. You will cover shifts between the hours of 8:30 am and 6:00 pm which may include weekends. The exact shift patterns can be discussed at the interview stage.
The salary for this role is £24,245.10 - £26,884.69 for full-time hours depending on location. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rata.

About the role
You will work onsite and report into the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to:
1. Build great relationships with customers and colleagues.
2. Provide personalised consultations using the latest skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
3. Meet your sales targets and tell customers about our No7 offers and in-store promotions.
4. Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme.
5. Share knowledge and tips with your wider store team, creating a vibrant and supportive working environment.
6. Ensure your counter is beautifully presented to showcase the range of No 7 skincare and beauty products.

3. Love to learn and keep up to date with the latest skincare and beauty trends.

1. Previous experience working with customers.
2. Experience using skincare and beauty products on customers.
