Civil Engineer – New Build Housing Staffordshire £40,000 – £53,000 bonus car/allowance Due to internal promotion my client, a successful privately owned housing developer is looking for a Civil Engineer to join the team based in Staffordshire. This role reports to the Engineering Manager. What’s in it for you? Prepare and coordinate detailed Section 38 and Section 104 designs. Produce external levels drawings and private drainage drawings. Assemble and deliver comprehensive civil engineering packages. Oversee the resolution of engineering and building-related issues. Assist in discharging engineering-related planning conditions. Arrange Section 38 and Section 104 maintenance inspections and bond releases. Skills and Experience Experience working for a UK-based house builder or engineering consultancy is essential. Strong background in engineering design production. HNC in Civil Engineering Studies or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 2 years in a Civil Engineering role Extensive knowledge of Section 38, 104, and 278 agreements.
