Job Title: Sales Advisor (Gym / Leisure Centre)
Location: Houghton Le Spring, DH4
Salary: Basic Salary of £25,467 + Bonus up to £500 Per Month - OTE Up To £31,467
Full Time and Permanent 40hrs Per Week - Some Evenings & 1 in 3 weekends on a rota basis.

Responsibilities:
●Engage potential members through effective B2B sales strategies to drive membership growth.
●Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyse sales performance.
●Conduct needs assessments to tailor membership offerings to prospective clients.
●Provide exceptional customer service and support member satisfaction.
●Collaborate with team members to develop promotional strategies and outreach initiatives.
