South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture SCIO has an exciting opportunity for a Generalist HR Assistant who has extensive HR experience, and can lead on all employee relations matters. The successful candidate will be part of our HR team helping to deliver a consistent HR service across SLLC.
The post-holder will have the ability to provide professional information and guidance to all levels of management as well as to our employees on a variety of HR matters, which comply with best HR practice and employment legislation. You will have proven experience in managing multiple complex employee relations cases, as well as getting involved in HR projects.
The successful candidate will have excellent planning and organisational skills together with good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office packages, and the ability to handle multiple systems and data analysis. They will have extensive experience of working in a HR department, supporting managers in a wide range of HR activities and be able to demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary is £27, - £36, (pro-rata). Working pattern is hybrid working, 17.5 hours per week across the beginning of the week, however this is flexible and negotiable.
