Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for a large organisation. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
* Sourcing Candidates: Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to find potential candidates.
* Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
* Building Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
* Internal Mandates: Assist with the firm's continued growth across their investment strategies.
* Networking: Leverage existing relationships with existing clients and build new relationships for business development purposes.
* Collaboration: Work with various internal teams to understand their growth objectives and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
* Sales Skills: Market the firm's capabilities externally with exceptional sales skills.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree Business, Economics or other related field.
* Proven experience of c.1-5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, within the financial services or asset management industry.
* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
