Head of Trade & Wholesale £70,000 Bonus & Benefits West London (Hybrid) My client is a premium beauty and wellness brand. Due to rapid growth and expansion, the opportunity to recruit a Head of Trade and Wholesale has arisen. The successful candidate will be highly commercially astute and can devise and execute a fully comprehensive 3-year sales strategy in the masstige market Responsibilities Work with the trade marketing team to devise and execute a robust three-year sales strategy, targeting brick & mortar retailers specialising in the masstige market i.e. Waitrose, M&S, John Lewis, Sainsburys Manage and own P&L, GP, sales and spend Ownership of reporting – sales, spend, insights, profits, NPD results. Weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc Analyse stock needs, build forecasts and work with NPD and Production teams. Oversee all retailer partnerships, top line, JBP and key objectives & Full account management for selected accounts. Managing JBP's and reviewing on a quarterly basis Create bespoke promotional plans for each depending on consumer needs and brand strategy Establish cost effective ways to drive brand awareness, visibility and education with accounts Be responsible for creating sales reports which can be then shared and acted upon within the wider business. Requirements Proven experience in devising and executing a sales strategy for a masstige brand Senior National Account Managers of the following accounts will be considered: Tesco, Sainsburys, M&S, John Lewis, Boots, Holland & Barrett A comprehensive understanding of P&L management, budgeting and Forecasting sales and stocks. Superb people management skills to lead and inspire a team Strategic and decisive with a clear vision for business growth from a local and global perspective Interpersonal skills at all levels Excel and Powerpoint Expert
