About the role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and supporting our technical team. This is not just a customer service role—it’s a unique opportunity to leverage your dental knowledge to make a real difference. You’ll be the first line of support for our clients, helping them diagnose issues with dental equipment, providing practical advice, and guiding them through troubleshooting steps. Your insight will ensure that clients have a smooth, efficient experience, and you’ll serve as a vital bridge between our clients and our technical team.
Key responsibilities
* Professionally handling customer inquiries and managing communication through various channels (phone, email, text, WhatsApp).
* Resolving minor equipment issues.
* Call routing to the appropriate teams based on the nature of the inquiry.
* Recording customer interactions and job details accurately within the CRM system.
* Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer service delivery.
* Regular follow-ups on job status and ensuring task completion to reinforce customer satisfaction.
* Prioritising tasks by urgency and complexity.
* Establishing rapport and transparent communication throughout the service process.
About You
You’ll bring a blend of dental industry experience and strong customer service skills to the role, along with a keen interest in troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
