Knight Frank is looking to hire a Senior Executive Assistant to work within the Country Business.

Role:
Based in our Global HQ at 55 Baker Street, the Senior Executive Assistant will work within the Country Business, providing SEA support to the Head of Country Business. The role is required as right-hand person, supporting them with the smooth running of the business. Discretion and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
Responsibilities:
1. Being the first point of contact for the Head of Country Business across the Residential Division and the wider Partnership and with other Sub-Divisional Heads, Regional Partners, Board members, the Operations team and Business Services teams.
2. Operating with strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
3. Carrying out all EA duties in a discreet, diplomatic and efficient manner to reflect the brand and the sub-division.
4. Working exceptionally closely with the Head of Country Business to anticipate their needs and be able to help prioritise requests for time and attention from all areas of the business.
5. Proactive diary management, organising and minuting meetings, document production and travel arrangements.
6. Preparation for meetings, ensuring that the Head of Country Business has all relevant documentation ready for pre-reading/saved in the relevant folders.
7. Setting up appraisal meetings with direct reports; ensuring all documentation is complete before and after the appraisal.
8. Preparation for the monthly Country Board meetings, including ensuring subsequent actions are dealt with prior to the meeting.
9. Taking minutes at the Country Board meetings, ensure they are sent to the Head of Country Business for review in a timely manner and then distributed to the relevant attendees.
10. Reviewing Board papers, making sure minutes are reviewed and ensuring the Head of Country Business carries out their actions before the next meeting.
11. Building trustworthy relationships among stakeholders, internal teams, and external contacts.
12. Proactively building rapport and nurturing an effective relationship with the Senior EA/EA network at Knight Frank.
13. Working with the Head of Country Business on ad hoc events throughout the year such as strategy days and social events.
14. Build presentations for the Head of Country Business as and when required.
15. Approval of invoices and expenses
Key Experience Required:
16. 5 years+ EA experience
17. Experience at board level with minute taking (essential)
18. Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
19. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
20. Background in project management, organisation and administration (preferred).
