Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for the management of customer projects ensuring that the project proceeds within specified time frame and established budget. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the management of the account including customer communication. Calculate customer price (put together the offer together with Key Account Manager). Maintain and develop relationships with existing key account customers and suppliers (via meetings, telephone calls, emails). Converts Project Description details into a project plan and is responsible to drive and follow up project progress (milestones and deliverables). Project Planning (milestone plans and activity schedules - as appropriate). Delivering Project results. Risk handling for the project. Issue / conflict handling during the project with appropriate escalation. Leading the Project Team; in accordance with budget, time and scope. Manage stakeholder expectations and communications. Plan and execute project meetings. Assign tasks to project team members. Keep Business updated on all on all on-going projects; normally through Status Report (RAG), Sales & Operations Planning meetings. Responsible for the on-going project including invoicing and taking care of claims. Communicates project management progress internally. Manage all practical aspects of the test / actual installations, planning how, when and where. Obtain customer satisfaction responses. Create and disseminate final Project Closure report. Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a Business related field desirable. 3 years of experience in project management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client support.
