About the role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join an expanding team situated nearby Drakes Broughton, Worcester. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing business, where you’ll be involved in a variety of finance-related tasks while working alongside a friendly and supportive team.
As a Finance Administrator, you will support the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. You will be a key player in maintaining the integrity of the company's financial systems, supporting the Finance Manager, and assisting with the preparation of management accounts. Key Responsibilities:
* Processing purchase and sales invoices
* Performing statement reconciliations
* Managing credit control.
* Carrying out bank reconciliations, including client accounts.
* Handling prepayments and accruals
* Maintaining the fixed asset register
* Processing credit card statements
* Monitoring debtors and creditors
* Keeping accurate records up to trial balance level
* Assisting the Finance Manager with the preparation of management accounts
* Performing sales-to-cost reconciliations
* Supporting with nominal HR tasks, including record keeping and filing
* Preparing weekly payment runs

You must have at least 2 years’ experience supporting a finance role:
* Working within a finance department
* Part-qualified or qualified AAT (desirable, but not essential)
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Experience using Sage
