You will progressively build on gaining relevant experience in different areas of finance whilst being fully supported with your professional studies in order to gain full qualification status. Your responsibilities day to day will be… Income Statement Accounting: Produce detailed and comprehensive sales revenue and cost of sales reconciliations. Balance Sheet Accounting: Produce comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and fixed asset schedules. Intercompany balance reconciliations Calculation of accruals and prepayments Ownership of the bank reconciliation process, ensuring all bank accounts are reconciled on a timely basis and all reconciling items are kept to a minimum. Develop relationships with key business stakeholders and deliver commercial insight into results to enable these stakeholders to better understand and improve performance. Proactively engage in projects with these stakeholders that grow business value. Support the senior finance management team with ad hoc projects. Responsible for weekly and monthly cash flow reporting and forecasting. Experience / qualifications required: Educated to degree level, minimum 2:1. and committed to training to become a fully qualified accountant. Strong Excel skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Excellent attention to detail.
