Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Morrisons Sales Intern to be based in London. This is a paid internship. The internship runs from the 9th June 2025 to 5th September 2025. You must be available for the whole duration of the programme.
Morrisons Group is the fastest growing customer in the retail channel by volume sales, it is also where we have our largest share of the sports and energy category. With plans to continue increasing their convenience franchise store numbers it is vital that our strength in company owned stores is reflected in the franchise stores.
This internship aims to continue to improve and develop our ways of working in this area across multiple key stakeholders. Alongside this there will be ownership of key projects throughout the internship to deliver exceptional in store presence and increase volume sold through tactical activity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Areas that play to your strengths
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
* Collate and analyse promotional compliance data, creating both internal and external review, including actionable outcomes.
* Work closely with the Regional Account team, building on and developing ways of working within Morrison Daily Franchise Groups. Supported by the NAE you will work on capturing and reporting the impact of actions in these groups and creating a roadmap to excellence with franchisees and regional Morrisons contacts.
* Leading the Launch of Summer and Lilac NPD, delivering best ever execution in both owned and franchise estate, working closely with Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain and Field Sales. Responsible for tracking performance and demonstrating ROI.
* Working across both retail and convenience to deliver our best ever programme of WIGIG activations. Collaborating with Supply Chain, Commercial and Field to deliver huge incremental volume for both Red Bull and Morrisons.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
* Use of PowerPoint
* An understanding of the FMCG Industry
* Ability to understand and draw conclusions from large data sets
* Good communication (verbal and written) skills
* Good time management skills
* Travel 10-20%
