SENIOR MEDIA EXECUTIVE We’re looking for a fabulous Senior Media Executive to join our marketing team and play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement and conversion for The Perfume Shop across paid social media and brand marketing channels. You’ll work with the Social Media Manager to deliver KPI measurements to understand the performance and growth potential of social. WHAT YOU’LL DO Provide media planning for upcoming campaigns, helping determine channels, audiences to target, creative strategies to implement, and more. You’ll be the day-to-day contact for the paid media agency, working with them to develop, execute, and optimise cutting-edge paid strategies to drive business outcomes. Manage all aspects of paid media, including traditional, display and social advertising strategies. Report on campaign efficacy to showcase ROI, traffic and impressions, providing future recommendations based on learnings as well as support in developing central reporting and dashboards for paid and organic marketing. Lead on producing summaries and dashboards of all activity and results, measuring achievements against objectives and working proactively to make suggestions and recommendations based on KPIs to review with the Social Media Manager. WHAT YOU’LL BRING You have a passion for media/digital/social media and experience in a similar role. Have demonstrable experience of using multiple social media accounts in a marketing capacity. Experience analysing digital data or marketing performance. Are a creative thinker, and can demonstrate this in your work. Have experience using Ads Manager, Google Analytics and Social Insights.
