We are looking for an IT Field Support Analyst to join our Business support and IT Team. The primary responsibility is to provide technical support and assistance to customers in the field. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing problems, and finding solutions to ensure that customers receive the best possible service. You will provide technical support to diagnose and troubleshoot common hardware, software, and networking issues and assist with computer software integration. You may work either on-site or remotely to help with software installations, network failures, hardware malfunctions, and other IT-related problems. All activities will be clearly recorded in ServiceNow. You'll:
* Attend other Skanska's Offices to provide on-site support and may be required to travel and stay away at night.
* Handle incoming help and service requests referred by the IT Service Desk
* Deal with requests within the agreed performance targets and service levels
* Identify and carry out any immediate corrective action that can resolve or contain issues directly.
* Monitor progress of incidents and keeps all interested parties informed.
* Apply diagnostic utilities, FAQs, and knowledge bases to aid in troubleshooting.
* Resolve incidents, verifying the resolution and confirming with the customer.
* Work with first- and third-line support groups to assist resolution where necessary.
* Escalate and progress the severity of support issues as required.
* Ensure that all relevant information is recorded in the Service Management system and kept up to date.
* Offer general advice, points of contact and guidance on all available IT services.
* Helps during major incidents as required.
* Liaising with the suppliers and subcontractors throughout the on-site commissioning process.

Build, deploy and maintain IT Hardware to a high level, printers, Plotters, and scanners.
* Desktop and Laptop Software: MS Office, Windows OS, CAD products, Adobe Mobile AZURE, Intune
* iPhones, Desk Phones & Tablet Devices
* AV/Meeting Rooms assistance
* Willing to travel sites when required.
* ServiceNow ticket logging
* Windows Server, VMware, Citrix
* Knowledge of networking concepts LAN/WAN
* Basic knowledge of Routers, Switches, Firewall)
* Some experience of PowerShell and writing scripts
* Ensure logged jobs are reviewed and maintained, know when to reassign or escalate.
