Statutory Reporting Manager (fixed-term) Job Description Join our growing Finance Team as a Statutory Reporting Manager This is a fixed-term opportunity with an end date of August 2026. The primary responsibility of this position is to drive improvement in the quality of statutory entity financial statements and efficiencies in the process. This will in turn support business growth in line with our ambitious objectives and company culture. Critical to achieving excellent results will be a sound understanding of IFRS accounting standards and adherence to the global statutory reporting timetable, working closely and effectively with the auditors and other key stakeholders. The role sits within the Finance function, reporting into the Head of Statutory Reporting who is UK based. The position is hybrid with flexible working hours, based out of Dublin or London area (Staines- Upon-Thames). Focus Areas: Deliver high quality financial statements in compliance with IFRS or local GAAP as applicable and in adherence to the global statutory reporting timetable. Acting as a key point of contact for the auditors and local consultants. Improve efficiencies in the preparation of financial statements across all territories. Preparation of technically complex areas of the financial statements including cash flow statements and goodwill impairment models. Working closely with the GL accountants on GAAP adjustments and reconciliation of entity reserves to SAP. Local entity financial accounting entries e.g., share-based payment accounting, working closely with the GL team and payroll to ensure entries are accurately reflected in the financial statements in line with IFRS or local GAAP Others as required. Preferred Experience &Skills: Proven ability in displaying excellent planning and organisational skills and applying such skills in consistently meeting deadlines. Continually demonstrates a key attention to detail. Excellent knowledge of IFRS accounting standards (in particular IFRS 2 Share-based payments) and experience in preparation and review of financial statements prepared under IFRS. Hands-on experience with managing an audit process and acting as the key point of contact for the auditors. Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships - with internal teams, external partners and candidates. Ability to develop strong networks and gain a deep understanding of key trends and activities for areas of responsibility. Ideally ACA/ACCA recently qualified. Personal attributes: The ideal candidate will embrace the transformative nature of this role - as we continue our evolution, we require you to build capability and institutionalise best practices within the finance department. Questioning and challenging assumptions will be necessary. Your relationship building skills both with direct peers but also across the wider business will be critical, as will your ability to communicate confidently with various stakeholders. Dealing with ambiguity and being both resourceful and enterprising should be second nature to you. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to summarise complex matters in a clear and presentable manner.
