We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly Service team and take on an exciting and busy role as a Service Advisor. The role involves guiding the customer throughout their aftersales journey, from booking in their vehicle to liaising with them until their vehicle is ready to collect.
Our Service Advisors work alongside our busy workshop team who carry out vehicle services, MOTs, and repairs to ensure that the customer receives excellent customer service throughout. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, and has mechanical knowledge ready to make an impact from their first day!
The ideal candidate will be motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, and have previous experience in the motor trade.
Our Service Advisors at SMC Renault & Dacia Weybridge work Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, and Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm on a rotational basis.

Key job areas of the Service Advisor role:
* Agrees the details of the work to be carried out with the customer.
* Builds rapport and qualifies the customer’s requirements.
* Liaises with the workshop to deliver agreed jobs set.
* Updates the customer throughout the process, and ensures customer satisfaction on completion.
* Works as a full member of the dealership team.
What we’re looking for in a Service Advisor:
* Previous automotive service experience is desirable.
* Excellent customer service/people skills, delivering skills to high standards.
* Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Flexible ‘can do’ approach.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Ability to use own initiative and work with minimum supervision.
* Proficient in relevant computer applications and systems.
* Full UK driving licence.
