Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently managing and organising the schedules and appointments of senior management.
* Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives, ensuring timely responses.
* Preparing and formatting reports, presentations, and documents.
* Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
* Assisting with meeting preparations, including agenda creation and minutes taking.
* Managing and maintaining confidential files and documents.
* Acting as a liaison between senior management and various stakeholders, both internal and external.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
* Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office.
* The ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
* A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to anticipate needs and find efficient solutions.
Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time position with regular working office hours. Flexibility in terms of working hours may be required to accommodate the needs of senior management.
