Utilities Business based in the West Midlands are looking for a Change Manager to lead on a variety of projects across the business as well as work with the business to change their mindset on all transformation and change moving forward. This is an initial 12 month contract and reports into the Head of Change for this arm of the business. The environment is immature in their change journey so looking for people who have worked in a similar environment. Please note this role is inside IR35 and requires 1 day onsite per week. THE ROLE The Change Manager will be responsible for delivering: The Wider business is currently going through transformation to implement a variety of technology and business change so you would be the leading on the Change part of the project for this arm of the business to faciliate the implementation. Enlighten others regarding change management and culture initiatives by providing subject matter expertise Produce key communications and toolkits to support adoption Identify and then implement communication strategies with Business Units to support the Transformation Partner with BU Change Managers in the implementation Comms strategy and support them as needed YOU The ideal Change Manager will have prior experience of: Been a Change Manager in a FTSE 100 business to deliver change iniatives for both technology and business projects. Have worked in an immature change environment and managed to deliver projects/programmes that were adopted by the wider business. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to develop data-driven insights and solutions Have prior experience of working with C-Suite stakeholders It's desirable but not essential to have worked in Utilities business.
