Tenancy Solutions Caseworker - South Region
Location/Base: Home and community based – (Northamptonshire & Leicestershire) with the ability to travel to emh offices and across the East Midlands as required.
Hours: 35 hours week
Salary: £35,292 - £39,213 per annum RFJ 7

We have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Tenancy Solutions Caseworker to join our team.
In this role you will be providing a specialist tenancy solutions service within the communities’ team that focuses on early intervention, regular contact, positive interventions, making a difference to our customers and communities.
The person
Do you have a detailed understanding of operational housing law and ASB, and neighbourhoods and community agenda? Have you got strong interviewing skills, able to review reports, interpret and corroborate information, with an excellent attention to detail? Have you represented at Court on possession cases? Do you have experience of working in a customer-facing role and excellent communication, influencing, negotiating, and decision-making skills? Are you well organised, able to prioritise and manage competing priorities delivering work to agreed deadlines and standards? If so, we would love to hear from you.
