Job overview
We are recruiting an administrator for the Women's Health Unit. You will be required to provide efficient and effective clerical/admin support to the various areas within the Women’s Health Unit to provide a full comprehensive reception, administrative and clerical service in support of the multidisciplinary team involved in patient care within the department. To provide an appropriate front of house service that is professional and customer-centred to all patients and their families who are undergoing care at The Princess Alexandra Hospital.
Main duties of the job
1. To provide admin/clerical support to the current establishment ensuring that the services provided adhere to the Trust policies and Targets.
2. Help to maintain high standards of Patient experience within the Women’s Health Unit.
