The Trust are seeking to recruit a Team Administrator to join the Bournemouth and Christchurch Steps 2 Wellbeing team - NHS talking therapies for anxiety and depression.
The service provides a range of Step 2 and Step 3 psychological therapy options including Low and High Intensity CBT, Psycho-educational groups and Counselling.
We need a full time (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday Team Administrator who will be able to ensure a confidential, efficient and comprehensive administrative service is provided to the Steps to Well-being clients and staff.
The successful applicant will need to be able to work occasional evening shifts (12-8pm) on a rota basis.
Training will take place in the office, but once trained, this post can be split between home working and office cover in Tower Road, Boscombe
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the appropriate skills, including the ability to manage a high volume of calls, occasionally handle distressed clients and provide a high level of customer care, to join a highly motivated and committed team.
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard-working. You will have good customer care communication skills, an excellent telephone manner, attention to detail, the ability to cope with complex tasks using a database which requires input and questioning of client information and previous experience of working in a busy office environment. You must be able to work accurately under pressure, whilst remaining calm and courteous and be able to work well as part of a team.
