The Role As an Accounts Assistant at HBL, you will be integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day financial processes. From processing invoices to reconciling supplier statements, your work will directly contribute to our finance team's success. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on outstanding invoices. Invoice Processing: Process accounts payable invoices, including scanning, stamping, and entering them into the finance system. Fixed Assets Management: Assist with fixed assets reconciliation and maintain the Fixed Asset Register. Payment Processing: Manage accounts payable and receivable payments within the system. General Ledger Support: Assist with general ledger journal processing and related tasks. Month-End Support: Provide assistance during month-end closing processes. Supplier Updates: Maintain and update supplier details. Reporting: Perform routine checks on aged payables and receivables reports. Payment Support: Prepare supplier payments.
