Senior Planner - NI & London I am delighted to be working with a leading multi-facilitated specialist contractor across Construction, Energy Solutions & Building Services. They are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our team. This role involves developing and managing detailed project plans, ensuring teams adhere to schedules, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and manage project programmes. Gather, analyse, and interpret data required for project planning. Develop schedules for tender, pre-design, design, procurement, construction, and completion phases. Monitor critical paths and key interfaces between design, engineering, procurement, and execution. Prepare cash flow projections, KPI charts, manpower reports, and quantity tracking. Track project progress through regular status updates, performance assessments, and accurate forecasting. Conduct "what-if" scenario analysis to evaluate alternative scheduling options. Review subcontractor schedules, aligning them with the overall project timeline. Lead progress and coordination meetings to discuss project status. Establish master plans for MEP works across multiple projects.
