Our client is a well-respected name within the chemical manufacturing industry with a deep history of producing quality products across a range of markets. The business has a high-performing workforce which they are looking to add to over the coming months.
The business is currently seeking a dynamic Quality Manager to take complete ownership for the quality department. The role will have a particular focus on QC operations and will be based out of the organisation's production plant in the West Midlands.
The business has a commitment to excellence which has allowed them to produce high-quality chemical products that meet the demands of a varied customer base time after time.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the quality department and ensure compliance with quality standards.
2. Manage QC operations and implement quality control procedures.
3. Lead and mentor the quality team.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline.
2. Strong understanding of analytical and synthetic chemistry techniques and associated equipment.
3. At least three years of leadership experience.
4. Minimum of three years of experience in a quality-focused position.
