This brand new role has been created to compliment the already established HR function of this energy organisation. This role takes responsibility for Compensation and Benefits, ED&I and Wellbeing.
We are looking for an HR professional with experience of pay negotiations, grading, benefits structures, data analysis, gender pay gap, HR systems, a strong passion and input in ED&I and also wellbeing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be really integral in connecting these 3 areas, enhancing engagement and performance.
As a people manager, key skills in mentorship and motivation are essential.
The successful candidate will understand what its like to work in the 'hard hats/hi viz' environment. Likely sectors would be engineering, energy, manufacturing, transport, and utilities, where unions feature heavily.
