Manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and commercial leases. Conduct due diligence and title investigations to identify any potential legal issues related to properties. Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents. Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential and conveyancing law. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in property transactions to ensure a smooth process. Handle complex and high-value residential property transactions. Stay updated on changes in property law and regulations that may affect client transactions. Requirements Minimum 3 years PQE is preferred.
