We are looking to offer a Breakdown Controller the opportunity to join our expanding Service & Compliance team based in Castleford.
About the role
You will manage the breakdowns for both plant and fleet throughout the UK in an efficient way, providing an effective solution to the customer as it is essential that the customer is back operational.

As the Breakdown Controller, you’ll get the opportunity to:
1. Assist with the effective management of both internal (owned assets) and external (hired assets) breakdowns, logging response times and ensuring that they're tracked and handled to a suitable conclusion (within agreed SLA times).
2. Ensure that inbound and outbound calls are managed in accordance with current service level agreements.
3. Update and manage the JobWatch scheduling system.
4. Ensure that Purchase Orders are transacted in a timely manner.
5. Update IT systems with information as required.
6. Carry out the storage of documentation as required and work with all members of the service and compliance teams to develop the operational solution.
