We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Bookings Coordinator to join our busy Training team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that training bookings are smoothly processed in line with our policies, closely monitor and report booking volumes to align with planned training events, and coordinate event preparations once confirmed.

Key accountabilities
* Process course bookings and ensure compliance with internal policies
* Monitor and convert provisional bookings and waiting list enquiries
* Generate invoices and manage course date visibility on the website
* Manage customer enquiries and direct them as needed
* Provide weekly updates on booking statuses and fill rates
* Report financial projections and final delegate numbers to the relevant teams
* Create and update Job Sheets for confirmed courses
* Collaborate with trainers to confirm content relevance and ensure they are kept up to date
* Maintain internal customer communications systems and promote effective database use
Skills and experience required
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Effective prioritisation and adaptability to changing needs
* Excellent customer service and administrative skills
* Ability to build strong working relationships within the team
* Competent with the use of Microsoft Office programmes
* Experience in a customer service/administration role
* Experience of similar internal Customer Management System (CMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) - desirable
* Basic accounting knowledge - desirable
* Experience of events and bookings - desirable
Qualifications
GCSE’s A-C in Maths and English
