We’re transforming our Product Operating Model to keep up with the constantly changing technology and financial landscape of the world we live in. Adopting an Agile mindset, pivoting to Product, improving data quality and empowering teams to change through the use of metrics are all key elements of the change portfolio. You’ll drive this evolution, shaping communications strategies that engage, inform and inspire. Your extensive experience working in a fast paced environments and strong execution capabilities, as well as a proven track record in building and running communications campaigns will help accelerate the transformation. Job Responsibilities: • Drive the transformation across CIB Markets and Post Trade Technology by owning and delivering a communications strategy that engages employees and drives cultural and behavioural changes. • Identify key milestones, achievements and examples to promote internally and externally to generate excitement and awareness and lead engagement, identify opportunities to modernize communications, make process improvements and enhance efficiencies and identify and track key performance metrics to report on results. • Create compelling content that aligns to business priorities, drives behaviours and engages stakeholders. • Develop and lead a communications and employee engagement strategy for Markets and Post Trade Technology including a holistic view of employee events, executive messages, recognition opportunities, talking points and editorial stories. • Source, write, edit and maintain quality control of compelling stories and content to be shared across the organization and externally. • Manage communications channels, including intranet pages, symphony, teams and video channels. • Collaborate and coordinate with communicators across the firm to advance communications activities. • Work closely with senior leaders to make the most of all communications opportunities and a deep understanding of both the firm’s and CB’s priorities by staying up to date on all resources and attending internal/external events. • Track measurements of success; develop and manage communications tactics and channels as needed to support the strategy. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: • 7 years of experience in communications, with experience of Markets and Post Trade and Technology • Outstanding writing and editing skills, excellent presentation skills and an outstanding to attention to detail; identify, tell and share great stories. • Ability to navigate complex, matrixed, organizations and comfort with dealing with senior stakeholders • High level of independence, energy and integrity; demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles, as well as accepts accountability and responsibility. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize high volume, high priority initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Experience of organizing and managing in-person and online events. • Expertise in MS office suite, Sharepoint, Confluence, Adobe Experience Manager • Video creation, editing and production skills. • Act as a team player and be willing to collaborate and contribute on both a strategic and tactical level. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Additional software skills (e.g., Photoshop, HTML, Adobe Creative Suite) Relevant communications experience in Financial Services, Fintech, Technology, Data Management and/or Enterprise software background
