The OPRA Group has a great opportunity for a Training and Development Manager to join a fabulous Pension company in the UK.
You will be responsible for providing cradle-to-grave SSAS portfolio training and creating a culture supported by the company’s values.
Role Duties:
1. Provide comprehensive SSAS portfolio training from inception to completion.
2. Promote a growth mindset within the team, encouraging continuous learning and development.
3. Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge by attending conferences and studying relevant materials.
4. Ensure all training materials are current and comply with industry regulations.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to SSAS portfolio management.
6. Ensure compliance with our Company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
1. Presenting to industry professionals.
2. Working within set budgets.
3. Developing and running training seminars and workshops.
4. Extensive experience in the Self-Administered Pensions arena, particularly SSAS.
5. Strong understanding of the cradle-to-grave administration process for SSAS.
