Are you well organised and have good attention to detail looking to join a growing, progressive company who has a high level of commitment to customer service? In this role, the successful candidate will need to be constantly on the ball adjusting live operations as required and be able to communicate effectively with our drivers. You will work within the transport team and will involve all aspects of the transport administration processes and coordination.
The shift for this role is Sunday - Wednesday 7pm - 7am.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Monitoring and liaising with drivers in the UK and on the continent to ensure deliveries are done on time.
2. Dealing with any problems that may occur such as breakdowns, discrepancies etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
1. Previous experience of working within the transport industry preferable, but not essential as training will be provided.
2. Ability to communicate at all levels.
3. Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload.
4. Working to deadlines.
5. Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
