The Role - Regional Sales Manager:
You will be responsible for selling commercial flooring into house builders in both the national and regional sectors, social housing, local authorities, and end users. You will manage key accounts in the North of England and look for new projects.
You will be part of a team reporting to the National Key Account Manager while owning and managing your own set of clients across Northern England. Your role is key to the development of the house builders sector, local authorities, and social housing divisions.
The role is Northern based, ideally living in Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds, North Yorkshire, Middlesbrough, or surrounding areas with easy access to UK motorways.
The Ideal Candidate - Regional Sales Manager:
You will have a strong background as a Key Account Manager, ideally with an interior product background. You should be experienced in selling to national and regional house builders via architects, specifications, local authorities, and social housing while also dealing with contractors.
You will be required to travel throughout Northern England, managing accounts and driving forward new business opportunities. As a Key Account Manager, you will work with a larger team, but also independently. You should be a free thinker with a technical background and possess the core skills to succeed.
