To manage and be responsible for the commercial relationship between Biffa and specified Major clients. The role will cover financial performance, growth and development, meeting the relevant KPIs and SLAs, compliance, customer satisfaction and retention and innovative solutions.

1. Conducting customer reviews and presenting reports and management information using Power BI, covering areas such as service success, landfill diversion, weights, and financials.
2. Assisting depots and customer services in resolving site-related issues, including Health and Safety concerns, container changes, or the introduction of alternative services.
3. Ensuring customer debt is managed in line with contractual commitments.
4. Engaging proficiently at all levels to negotiate, influence, and communicate both internally and externally, delivering long-term benefits for all parties.
5. Addressing QLS issues that cause invoice delays or credit production, and resolving payment-related queries.
6. Performing any other reasonable duties or requests as needed.
