CRM Executive - Milton Keynes CRM Executive
Part Time Fixed Term contract until May 2026, 30 hours per week

VWFS UK Ltd are seeking a dynamic and passionate CRM Executive to join the digital marketing team. Reporting into the Customer Communications General Manager the successful CRM Executive will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the Customer Experience Vision and CRM strategy. The CRM Executive role focuses on delivery of the commercial and operational CRM activities in conjunction with internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers to meet the speed and quality expectations of VW Group Brands, Retailer Networks and VWFS.
You will have proven experience within customer communications and CRM function, ideally within a financial services or regulated environment. A well-developed understanding of automotive financial services practices and be PC literate with fantastic skills on Excel and PowerPoint. Work closely with the CRM Managers to deliver the commercial elements of the CRM and loyalty strategy for the business. This includes working across traditional in life marketing activity across email, SMS and Direct Mail and Operational Communications across letter, email and SMS.
Working as required with agencies and suppliers associated with the delivery of CRM activity to ensure daily and weekly CRM activities are delivered on time and within resource allowances.
proofreading creative assets to ensure they are accurate reflections of briefed requirements, and any customer personalised data is represented correctly and accurately.
Attend meetings as required to position and agree CRM and renewals activity and present performance updates both locally and internationally.
Support CRM Managers and wider team with various administrative tasks including meeting follow ups, PO raising etc.
Utilise reporting tools to provide data analytics and key customer insights, including true customer value, segmentation demographic profiling and propensity modelling for the purpose of driving all future CRM activity.
Design and deliver management information with the purpose of providing monthly CRM performance updates to all key stakeholders, including BoM, Sales Management, Brand Management and Brand Teams.
Recommend and develop new creative initiatives to enhance the CRM proposition around customer touchpoints, working closely with all brands and the Marketing team.
Previous CRM experience required.
Experience within a financial services organisation would be advantageous.
A well-developed understanding of automotive FS practices, including Customer Experience processes, contract management and in-life reporting infrastructure.
