Rate: £18ph Umbrella
This role offers hybrid working of up to 2 x days in the office, 3 x days from home.
Due to an increase in workload, my client is recruiting an Administrator to join their Commercial team and the department with their general administration.
This will suit an experienced Administrator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced role. Experience using Excel is also essential.
Other responsibilities will include:
Receiving timesheets from contractors and cross-referencing against work orders.
Liaising with internal teams when cross-referencing timesheets.
Accurate data entry and updating of records.
Other general administration duties.
Producing reports and daily use of Excel.
