The new Sales Team Leader will lead and elevate their outbound sales team to new heights. The Role at a Glance:
1. Position: Outbound Sales Team Leader
2. Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 + a competitive commission structure
3. Location: Birmingham City Centre
4. Employment: Full-time, permanent
Your Responsibilities:
1. Manage and mentor a team of Sales professionals to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
3. Oversee and optimise the sales pipeline to ensure targets are met.
4. Deliver tailored coaching sessions to address skills gaps and maximise team potential.
5. Use data to track team progress, provide actionable feedback, and ensure KPIs are consistently surpassed.
6. Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding, retention, and overall customer success.
7. Lead daily kick-off meetings, set incentives, and foster a high-energy, supportive team environment.

5. Experience with CRM systems and proven ability to streamline sales processes.
