This is a busy and varied role, speaking with customers over the phone, handling queries from start to finish, as well as liaising with a range of external companies and completing supporting administration. Duties include: Coordinating bookings from a variety of third parties, as well as organising any changes to these Handling multiple customer queries at any one time over the phone Completing administration for all customer cases using MS Office and in-house systems Handling a variety of customer emails Liaising with different teams internally and businesses externally We are looking for candidates who have a passion for helping customers over the telephone and via email, providing the highest level of service and gaining satisfaction from handling queries from start to finish.
