We're looking for a Sales Administrator to support a successful sales team within a fast-paced, forward-thinking manufacturing and engineering business.

You'll play a vital part in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting order processing, and helping to grow accounts through upselling and excellent service.

About the role
1. You'll process customer orders and manage accounts with accuracy and care.
2. Confidently handle incoming enquiries, providing solutions and product knowledge.
3. With your keen eye for detail, you'll proactively identify upselling opportunities and support the sales team in achieving targets.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
5. Prepare quotes, reports and maintain CRM systems.
About You
1. You'll come from a background in manufacturing and/or engineering (Essential)
2. You'll have proven experience in account management, order processing, or a similar role
3. Display very strong organisational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
5. Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
6. Experience with forecasting, reporting, and stock control
7. A proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach
