What You’ll Do:
1. Lead fun activities like sports, arts & crafts, swimming, hiking, and team challenges.
2. Inspire, mentor, and encourage campers to make friends, try new things, and build confidence.
3. Keep safety a top priority while ensuring every camper is engaged and having a great time.
4. Be a role model—demonstrate teamwork, respect, and enthusiasm every single day!
5. Help resolve conflicts and provide support to campers with patience and positivity.
6. Work alongside an awesome team to create a summer experience campers will never forget!
What We’re Looking For:
1. Must be at least 16 years old
2. Passion for working with kids and making summer amazing!
3. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to be active outdoors in all kinds of weather.
5. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
6. A positive, adaptable, and teamwork-driven attitude.
Bonus Skills:
1. Experience with arts, drama, music, or sports.
2. Previous experience in a camp, recreation, or educational setting.
