Fairhive are looking for a new homes Sales Manager to join our busy and friendly team Fairhive is a non-profit affordable housing provider with ambition. We already provide affordable housing to more than 20,000 people in our community but we want to do more. We are expanding our operating area delivering homes that are built to high standards and reduce environmental impact. As our Sales Manager at Fairhive you can expect to be an integral member of our team, providing support to the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the business. About the Role We are looking for a confident individual with strong interpersonal skills who is able to multi-task to successfully deliver a programme of sales within agreed time and income targets. On the job you will: • Manage and deliver a programme of new home shared ownership sales • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction with new home sales • Maintain and execute robust sales procedures • Manage and deliver a small programme of stock sales • Manage a small team About You We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our sales programme and who enjoys working with a diverse range of people. You will understand the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to colleagues and customers.
