Team Leader We are looking to recruit a dynamic Team Leader to support staff and people we support across four small services in Wallasey and Moreton. These services provide support for between 1 to 4 individuals with autism. Our people enjoy days out at our Day Services but also enjoy being active members of their communities and attending activities such as going to the cinema, attending church, eating out and shopping. Our care staff are friendly, motivated and open to improve The postholder will assist the Operational Service Manager to provide sound leadership and day to day running of the staff teams to deliver a person centric service and deliver innovative strategies to meet the needs of our People. The role involves first Line Leadership to our care heroes to achieve lifelong careers with the Charity. Ensure an effective, responsive, caring and safe service for the individuals we support.
