Main duties of the job
Fantastic PA / EA opportunity within a friendly, busy team working 50/50 between the office (Southampton Hospital Tremona Rd site) and home. About us
As one of the largest acute teaching Trusts in England, we offer learning and development opportunities to help you achieve the career you aspire to.
Specific to this role is the suitability for agile working which is a mixture of on-site and remote working. In addition, we are open to discussing flexibility in the hours that you work.
Job responsibilities
You will be involved in everything from juggling diary commitments to taking minutes, organising meetings to collating reports, preparing agendas and meeting packs to organising travel; and making the odd cuppa for guests!
This is a busy role where the ability to prioritise and plan your time effectively is essential. You will have exposure to confidential information so it is important that you are sensitive to this. Youll ideally have done some PA work before and be looking to step up to EA. You will be organised and practical, a real team player and someone who thrives on multitasking.
This role has come up through an internal promotion of our current PA; were very happy to support personal development and offer opportunities for broader exposure within the hospital.
