To ensure that the practice delivers an efficient service to its patients, by providing a full and confidential secretarial/administrative service to the GP's. This includes copy and audio typing and word processing to a high-quality standard in respect of all types of documentation, utilizing specific knowledge of medical terminology, hospital procedures, secondary care providers and outside agencies.

Swallownest Health Centre is a large practice with approximately 16,500 patients currently across one site. We have 5 GP partners, 9 salaried GP's and a large team of nursing and attached clinical staff, which are all complemented by our administration/reception staff.
