Job summary We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Care Co-ordinator who will work as part of our friendly team. Ellergreen Medical Centre is part of the North Liverpool Primary Care Group. This role will be based in Ellergreen Medical Centre to assist in achieving PCN priorities. Support the Information Manager in the full implementation, promotion and running of any specific health / vaccination campaigns, e.g. breast screening; covid vaccination. Run search for Newly diagnosed cancer and Red flag symptom monthly lists and liaise with clinical cancer lead. Maintain and manage the waiting list of Cryotherapy appointments. Run and action the Rheumatoid Arthritis Call & Recall Manage and run the Shingles vaccinations call & recall. Generate blood forms and invite patients for their NHS Health Check. Action weekly Severe Combined Immune Deficiency (SCID) reports. Manage the Envisage screens and Auto Arrivals system.
