Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated person to join our team of Band 6 Senior Staff Nurses, who can provide high quality clinical support to our Neonatal Nursing Team. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to demonstrate leadership and managerial skills as well as possessing clinical expertise in the speciality. You must have been qualified for at least 4 years and have significant experience post obtaining a qualification in Neonatal Intensive Care. Main duties of the job To provide clinical leadership to the nursing team and ensure the provision of high quality nursing care to infants and their families in hospital and at home. To promote a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care through research and evidence based practice.
